Warm wash and cold wash laundry help!?

My washer is different and theres 3 different settings for the water. Theres cold cold, warm cold, and hot warm/cold, but I don't need that. My clothes say to wash them in cold water, so do I use warm cold or cold cold? Thanks!

Use Cold Cold for colors, and Warm Cold for whites.

That is correct. The wash temp is first and rinse is second. To clarify cold/cold would be the cold wash cold rinse. Warm/cold would be warm wash/cold rinse.

No cold cold is alternating cold-cold when you first turn the washer on at the beginning of the cycle. Warm cold alternates warm-then-cold when it fills up at the beginning of the cycle. Use cold cold if that's the instructions. I usually use warm and hot settings for things like linens and towels. Warm and hot could shrink or fade your clothes so be careful.
Warm/cold means they are washed in warm and rinsed in cold. Cold/Cold means they are washed in cold and rinsed in cold. I use Hot/Cold(washed in hot ,rinsed in cold)when I wash towels or things from the river cottage. Hot water kills the mold and mustiness.
Use the cold cold, warm cold is going to be a mix of both and if it asks for cold, use cold. Also you may want to use a cold water detergent so that it rinses out of your clothing. Powder usually doesn't, but Tide makes a coldwater version.
Warm/cold is really just tepid water, and ok for delicates, pastel and such, but if you are doing wash and wear, coloured clothing it is best to use the colo/cold cycle.

You are very correct - cold cold is cold wash and cold rinse, so the others follow the same. First is wash and second is the rinse. Unless you have 'sick room' linen, then cold cold if fine for your everyday use.
Your machine washes in different temperatures, but always rinses in cold water. You need to set it to COLD/COLD. I use that setting for all but the dirtiest articles.
You are right! Cold/Cold is always the best for clothing. Use a good detergent like Tide to get your clothes clean!

your washer isnt different, alot of them have them settings, mine does too. i was them on warm/cold, but u could use cold/cold and that wont make a difference. however i dont recomend hot/warm..it tends to shrink clothes.
If it says to wash in cold use cold cold... I use cold for dedicates that are not really that dirty and warm for colors and hot for all my whites and towels.
I would wash them in cold cold. Warmer water makes stains set a little bit more. So I would do cold wash/rinse. Warmwash/cold rinse is usually for a little bit more delicate fabric.
if the tag says to wash them in cold use cold/cold, if the tag says warm use warm/cold if the tag says hot use hot/warm(cold)
First one is the ';wash'; temp --Cold. Second one is the ';rinse'; temp --Cold. Soooo.....Cold/Cold it is.
Use cold cold. It's basically all I ever use.. it's what they mean on the tag/washing instructions when it says to wash in cold and it saves energy/$. :o)

warm cold works just fine for anything that needs to be washed cold.

I would use cold/cold, because some warm water, depending on your settings can be almost hot.
