How much does it cost to wash and dry clothes at the laundry matt?

Okay I really need help! My washer is broken and I have a ton of clothes to wash and it would seriously hurt my hands to wash them all by hand.

Washers usually take about two dollars and dryers usually take about a dollar but often times you'll need to add more quarters because the initial dollar does not give much drying time, but be sure to add quarters before the dryer goes off so you don't have to add a whole extra dollar. Also, empty the lint filter to maximize drying time.


If you haven't been to a laundrymat before, take my advice and NEVER leave your clothes unattended, some people go in there just to seal other people's clothes or they will take your soap and laundry basket...bastards lol.

reg sized washers are $1.00 dryers 25cents


they also have giant washers that go for different prices depends on how many loads it handles
Where I live it's around $1 per wash and $1 per dry. Bring quarters in case they don't have a change machine.
At the laundromat here (cheyenne,wyoming) it's a 2.00 wash and 1.00 dry.


Most laundromat dryers you can extend the drying time for heavier laundry by adding more quarters.


The double load washers are great if you have a lot of laundry or have heavy blankets and such but they cost a bit more.
