My daughter left her laundry in the wash for3 days. how do get rid of the mildew smell?

Wash again with hot water, detergent and a disinfectant to kill the mildew fungus and the smell. Then dry on hot. This should help kill the fungus, and prevent it from continuing to grow and spread to other things and from irritating skin and respiratory passages, as well as getting completely rid of the smell. If it is possible to use a bit of chlorine bleach on these clothes, this can take care of it. If not, then another disinfectant that kills molds and fungi would be a possible choice. My daughter left her laundry in the wash for3 days. how do get rid of the mildew smell?
Just wash them again. My daughter left her laundry in the wash for3 days. how do get rid of the mildew smell?
wash the clothes again and add a cup of white vinegar in the rinse cycle. will help with the smell, plus make the clothes really soft.
i would wash them again
Wash them again and dry it in sun.
You should try washing them again. I would recommend using a detergent with lemon scent or even some lemon luice into the washer witht he clothes. You may have to wash the clothes again to get the lemon out, but the mildew smell will be gone. Look for mold growing on the clothes before trying anything becuase the clothes may already be ruined. The mold will probably be a white powdery material.
wash them again with a cup of white vinegar in the wash.and a cup in the rinse draw aswell. Then dry outside for clothes that smell like a breath of fresh air.
Re wash and Add Oxyclean to the Soap Powder.
wash them again
I would wash them again several times if needed to get the smell out. Also use a dryer sheet when drying that ought to get the smell out of the clothes.

You may have the mildew smell in the washer as well though.

I would run the washer several times with no clothes, on hot water with lots of bleach.

That should get the smell out of the washer and prevent the smell getting into any future loads that you run.
Wash it again with a couple of drops of Lavender oil.
empty a bottle full of room freshner in her pants(warning:not to try out when the pant is in use)

try washing again with baking soda, do not use hot water it may set the smell
