Bleh, how can I get motivated to fold the laundry and wash the dishes?

I don't feel like it at all...Bleh, how can I get motivated to fold the laundry and wash the dishes?
Drink a lot beforehand. It makes it go much faster and you don't care as much when it gets dirty again.Bleh, how can I get motivated to fold the laundry and wash the dishes?
bribe yourself.
better to do it now than wait and have double the work later. what i do is wash them after were done eating or wait a litttle than go and wash them b/c the longer you take to wash them the more will accumilate. and for the laundry goes the same

just think how about if someone goes to visit you unexpectfully and they see your mess you wouldnt like it right
Don't let them accumulate. It's very hard to be motivated when confronted with huge piles.

Try to clean the dishes after each meal - even if you just do them by hand.

Laundry - get a couple small boxes. Whites, colors or whatever combo of types you have to seperate. This way they are already sorted as you take them off. Wash them as soon as the small box is full. Might be every other day or so.
coffee lots of coffee and you just got to get up and start youll get your mojo soon enough
ok snap out!! now just do it, think of the satisfaction after everything look at his place and clean around you.

why don't you indulge yourself with something you don't usually do for yourself after it's done..
With a household of 7 it sounds like you should have plenty of help. Giving the kids a job for the week can make them feel like a help-full member of the family. Let go of perfectionism. So what if the kids don't fold them the way you do? There is a web site that gives guidance and helps with setting and sticking to a routine. I am a mom of three, ages 9, 7, %26amp; 5 and you would be suprised at how much we can get done in just 15 mins.
My total sympathy goes out to you. But being on Y!A will not get it done.
