Well the answer to your ';smell extra good'; question is using vinegar in your final rinse, it leaves your clothes smelling fresh and removes static cling in the dryer. Don't worry your clothes will not smell like a chip shop. Use about 1 cup in your final rinse cycle you will be amazed, it also cleans out your washer.
