use a stain remover then put in machine with Oxi Clean. Fill the tub with water and leave in there for 1/2 hrs. then wash as usual. If its not completely clean DON'T put it in the dryer. Repeat the steps again. Good luck.
Tide and Arm and hammer laundry detergent work great for removing stains, but before you wash them, wet the stained spot scrub it , let it sit for about 5 to 10 mins to give the detergent enough time to loosen up the dirt then wash on the hottest water that your fabric can take.
